Shoo Rayner: A visit to the Stasi Museum - Berlin
I went to Berlin last week. The most memorable visit was to the Stasi Museum. Set in Building Number One of a huge secret police complex, I came away with a feeling of futility. How could so many people waste so much of their lives busily trying to achieve absolutely nothing other than making the lives of others a complete misery. What is that matter with people like that?
